Tiers
Your tier is set by the points you earn over 12 months, and your status lasts 12 months from the date you reach it. Example: a Gold member booking a holiday that earns 1,000 points gets +20% — 1,200 points, worth $18 instead of $15.

Program rules
- 1,000 points = $15 Travel Credit — the same for every member.
- Redeem in blocks of 1,000 points for a Travel Credit voucher.
- Travel Credit can be used toward a future booking with EzYourTravel (max 15% of the new booking value).
- Points and credit cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Points show as pending when your ticket is issued and become available once your trip is completed. Cancelled or refunded bookings don't earn points.
- Points are valid for 12 months from the date they are issued.
- Points are earned on the eligible booking value (for flights, the base fare — not government taxes and charges).
- Tier status lasts 12 months from the date you reach it.
